At Love’s, our Truck Wash Shift Lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a clean, efficient, and customer-focused truck wash experience. This position supports team members during the shift, maintains equipment and cleanliness standards, and ensures that all procedures are followed for quality and safety.

Job Functions:

Lead and support truck wash team members during assigned shifts.
Ensure trucks are washed to company standards and customer expectations.
Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues.
Maintain a clean, organized wash bay and surrounding work area.
Assist with training new team members in procedures, safety, and customer service.
Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to coordinate service flow.
Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, see clearly to perform job duties, and work in various temperatures.
