SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our compassionate and professional team. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care tailored specifically to infants, children, and adolescents. The role requires providing preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic treatments in a child-friendly environment that emphasizes comfort and oral health education.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough oral examinations and assessments of young patients.
- Diagnose dental conditions unique to pediatric patients and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform restorative and surgical procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and nutrition for optimal dental health.
- Manage dental anxiety with behavior guidance techniques appropriate for children.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote pediatric oral health awareness.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental institution.
- Completion of accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
- Valid and active state dental license.
- Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric dental patients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and their caregivers.
- Compassionate approach with patience and understanding towards young patients.
- Proficiency in latest pediatric dental technologies and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
