The Merrimack is seeking a well-seasoned Branch & Business Development Manager to lead our retail banking team at our Windham, NH branch. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business banking needs.

Branch & Business Development Manager: $69,000 - $86,000
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
- Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
- Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years of experience in the Windham, NH area market
- Background in retail management and supervisory experience a must
- Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
- Previous experience with business development and/or sales
- Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the branch
- Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed
