About the Role

abra is looking for a skilled Unified Communications / VoIP Engineer to lead and maintain advanced communication solutions within the organization.

The role includes hands-on work with AudioCodes products, integration with Microsoft Teams, and management of complex VoIP infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain Unified Communications (UC) solutions across the organization
  • Work extensively with AudioCodes (Mediant SBC/GW) platforms
  • Integrate telephony systems with Microsoft Teams (Direct Routing)
  • Manage and troubleshoot advanced VoIP infrastructures
  • Collaborate with SIP providers and ensure reliable communication service




Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in VoIP / Unified Communications (UC)
  • Proven hands-on experience with AudioCodes (SBC/Gateway – Mediant)
  • Strong understanding of SIP / RTP protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in communication systems
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (IP, NAT, Firewalls)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice / Direct Routing
  • Experience working with SIP providers

  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent English – (Mandatory)
