Car Rental Sales Agent

Location: Faro (close to the airport).

Schedule: Rotating schedule (5 Days Working 2 Days Off)

Morning shift: 08:00-17:00

Afternoon shift: 12:00-21:00

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer care service

• Delivering the rental cars to the customers

• Selling additional services to customers

• Carefully completing the rental contract and verbal process

• Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales / customer service

• Mandatory driving license (B category)

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English

• Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality

• Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail

• Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills
