About the Role

 Join our team in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, one of the most advanced and innovative ERP platforms.

As a Senior SAP Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing the implementation plan and execution from the Israeli side. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams in Israel and abroad, and coordination between KPMG US, KPMG Israel, and system integrator (SI) teams.

This position plays a key role in driving impactful change across the organization’s core systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and advisory support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead the SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience in areas like: data conversion, testing, interfaces ETC
  • Serve as the primary communication conduit between stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, including regular communication in English with U.S.-based counterparts
  • Develop detailed project plans, including task creation, scheduling, assignment, and follow‑up
  • Hold project teams accountable for timely task completion and decision‑making
  • Drive the project to successful completion in a structured and progressive manner
  • Resolve issues, mitigate risks, evaluate change requests, and manage action items
  • Review and manage scope changes and change requests
  • Coordinate with budget and resource managers, including ongoing budget tracking and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex financial transformation projects – required
  • Hands-on experience managing SAP projects – required
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
  • Experience working on global, multi‑country projects
  • Familiarity with professional services environments – an advantage
