About the Role

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to join our global corporate team and lead all travel-related activities across the organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - including HR, Finance, Operations and external travel vendors. You will shape and drive our global travel strategy to deliver a seamless, efficient, and high-quality travel experience for employees worldwide.

This highly visible role combines operational ownership, stakeholder management, and a strong focus on employee experience, with a direct impact on how our people travel and stay connected across the globe.


Role Responsibilities

What will you be doing:

  • Own and manage the company’s global travel operations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, lounges, and overall travel experience
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the company’s travel policy
  • Lead the rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of a new travel management system – Tripex (ComBtas) 
  • Work closely with senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide high-level service and support, including for executive travel needs
  • Manage strong and professional partnership with travel vendors and service providers: negotiate contracts with travel service providers; travel agencies, airlines, hotels, car rentals, visa services providers, VIP services, and more.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Drive continuous improvement of travel processes and employee experience
  • hosting guests from abroad (company employees, suppliers, customers, etc.)
  • Presenting semi-annual reports and regular updates to company management. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Travel Manager / Corporate Travel Management role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
  • Experience implementing or managing travel management systems (e.g., CombTAS, Concur) - an advantage
  • Experience working in a global organization - an advantage
