Key Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Phone
  • Deploy and support Ribbon SBCs.
  • Troubleshoot call quality and voice issues
  • Work with networking, QoS, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 settings.
  • Understands SIP, RTP and core Telephony.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • Additional Good to Have Skills: Direct routing using SBCs particularly Ribbon SBC.
  • Understanding of SIP, RTP, and core telephony.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices in cloud environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required
  • Must be amenable to rotating shifts on a hybrid set up at Uptown BGC office
