Summary of Position The Supply Chain Liaison plays a critical role in optimizing the overall productivity and efficiency of the supply chain. This position is responsible for analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities to improve vendor sourcing, ordering workflows, product shipping, and receiving procedures. Liaison will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies that streamline operations, reduce delays, and support organizational goals related to cost-effectiveness and service excellence. Roles and Responsibilities The Supply Chain Liaison is responsible for analyzing and enhancing the efficiency of supply chain operations across the organization. This role focuses on streamlining vendor sourcing, ordering processes, shipping workflows, and product receiving procedures. Key responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. They must also be able to read and comprehend the English language, maintain confidentiality of sensitive records, and communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in purchasing and warehousing is preferred, particularly within the medical field. Preferred Skills:
