In this role you will:
- Lead and support the Intake & Brief Intervention team through clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development
- Provide clinical oversight and contribute to ethical decision‑making and risk management
- Deliver intake assessments and brief interventions for young people and families
- Coordinate pathways into care, linking young people to internal services and external partners
- Build collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, private providers, and partner agencies
- Champion youth‑friendly practice, inclusion, and continuous service improvement
This role blends leadership with meaningful clinical work — offering variety, purpose, and impact every day.

- Substantial therapeutic experience working with young people aged 12–25 experiencing mental health challenges, including complexity and risk
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring clinicians
- Strong clinical assessment and brief intervention skills
- Confidence navigating complex presentations, risk, and ethical considerations
