Summary/Objective
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of assigned projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitment, and goals of the organization.
Essential Functions
- Manage a team while providing strong mentorship and leadership.
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and allocates resources/delegates tasks accordingly.
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
- Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- Present to executive leadership team reports on project status and progress.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide training and information required for new projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competencies and Basic Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager preferred.
- A minimum of five years of related experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position operates in both a field environment at job sites with occasional office work.
- This role entails routine driving between multiple worksites.
- Work near light/heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
- Work outside in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and carry at least 40lbs. for 100-linear feet without assistance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings/early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

No travel is expected for this position.
