About the Role:
The Office Manager position sits within the Division of Surgery specialised Units. This position is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating and facilitating the care of major trauma and surgical patients. The Office Manager works flexibly and collaboratively across our services to provide leadership and high-level administrative support to enable efficient management of the administration functions. The Office Manager positions support the Unit Directors in achieving strategic and operational objectives.
The Office Manager positions will be primarily allocated to support one of the areas below, noting these positions may also be required to provide support across the Division of Surgery as needed: ACT Trauma Service, Emergency General Surgery Unit (EGSU) and General Surgery, Capital Regional Retrieval Service, Education and Training, Intensive Care Unit, and Surgical Subspecialty Units.
