The Operator will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the concrete plant, recycling installations, and weighbridge, actively contributing to smooth material production and processing while maintaining focus on quality, environment, and safety. This includes mixing concrete according to recipes, managing production continuity, weighing trucks, and registering associated documentation.

Functieomschrijving

Als Operator Betoncentrale & Recyclage sta je in voor het efficiënt en veilig bedienen van de betoncentrale, recyclage-installaties en weegbrug. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan een vlotte productie en verwerking van materialen, met blijvende aandacht voor kwaliteit, milieu, veiligheid en planning.

Bediening & productie

Opstarten, bedienen en opvolgen van de betoncentrale en recyclage-installaties
Aanmaken van beton volgens vastgelegde recepturen en klantorders
Bewaken van de productieplanning en continuïteit

Weegbrugbeheer

Wegen van inkomende en uitgaande vrachtwagens
Correct registreren van gewichten en koppelen aan leveringsdocumenten
Communicatie met chauffeurs en dispatching

Onderhoud & storingen

Dagelijkse reiniging van de installatie
Signaleren van kleine technische storingen
Tijdig melden van defecten aan de technische dienst

Functie-eisen

Technisch inzicht en een praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen
Nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding
Sterk veiligheids- en milieubewust
Zowel zelfstandig als teamgericht kunnen werken
Ervaring met betonproductie en/of recyclage is een plus
VCA-attest of bereidheid dit te behalen
Rijbewijs B; ervaring met wiellader is een troef
Flexibel naar werkuren 5u30 tot 14u en van 8u30 tot 17u (sporadisch zaterdagwerk)
