JOB EXPECTATIONS:

1. Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with facility policy.
2. Perform waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy.
3. Dispense soap, paper products and other janitorial supplies.
4. Ability to follow Resident’s Rights policies at all times.
5. Ability to follow facility safety program.
6. Observe infection control procedures related to the Housekeeping Department.
7. Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
8. Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
9. Assume accountability for data contained in the employees’ handbook.
10. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

1. Compassion for the elderly.
2. This position will show a willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
3. This position will be able and willing to work flexible hours, such as during an emergency situation.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Satisfactory clearance of criminal history background check.
