About the Position:

Epic Special Education is looking for a Sourcer who will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site.

What You'll Do:​

  • Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.

  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.

  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.

  • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related field.

  • At least one year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, outbound sales; experience with  healthcare or clinical roles is a plus.

  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job  boards, and Boolean search.

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as  required for effective performance of job duties.

  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions

  • and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s  impact to the organization.

  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications  specific to the role.

  • Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.

  • Fact Finding: Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.

  • Decision Making: Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions
