This high-visibility role offers significant personal and professional growth, the chance to build the PMO, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.</p><p><strong>[HYBRID] Director, Project Management Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Lead large-scope, enterprise-level projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines <br>• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools<br>• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes <br>• Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data-driven decision making<br>• Drive change management, adoption of best practices, and stakeholder engagement across business units<br>• Facilitate prioritization and coordination across competing initiatives, balancing risk, cost, and schedule <br>• Present project and program updates with actionable insights to senior leadership</p><p><strong>[HYBRID] Director, Project Management Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree required<br>• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience required<br>• Proven success leading large-scale, complex, or enterprise-level initiatives required<br>• Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required</p><p> </p>
