Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Pay: $70,000
- Bachelor's degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.
- Knowledge of California state and local labor regulations and laws.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough and impartial HR investigations.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Foster a positive working environment by proactively identifying and addressing potential sources of conflict or dissatisfaction.
- Provide counsel to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Investigations:
- Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations in response to employee complaints or allegations of policy violations.
- Collaborate with legal and management teams when necessary during investigations.
- Ensure all investigations are timely, compliant with legal requirements, and thoroughly documented.
2. HR Administration:
- Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
3.Training and Development:
- Develop and facilitate training programs focused on workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and other pertinent topics.
- Support the professional growth and development of our staff through skill-building initiatives.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain meticulous records of employee interactions, investigations, and resolutions.
- Produce regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and the outcomes of investigations.
