Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer - MEP (Emirati) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, gaining hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various construction and building projects.

  • Assist in the design and development of MEP systems for commercial and residential buildings
  • Create and modify CAD drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis for MEP systems
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Participate in site visits to gather information and assess existing conditions
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation
  • Stay updated on local building codes and regulations in the UAE
  • Support the team in various project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • UAE Nationals with Family Book only
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems and building codes
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with UAE and Dubai-specific building regulations (preferred)
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (preferred)
  • Internships or co-op experiences in MEP design or related fields (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry standards
