The Assistant Shop Manager's primary goal is to support, motivate, and unite the team daily while ensuring the best possible customer experience in the store. Responsibilities include setting an example through perfect store presentation, developing commercial metrics, coaching the team, managing stock, and assisting the Shop Manager with administrative tasks.

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer l'ouverture d'une nouvelle boutique à Val Thoiry !

Le poste est à pourvoir à partir de juillet 2026 en CDI 35h.

En tant que Responsable Adjoint(e), votre objectif est d’accompagner, motiver et fédérer votre équipe au quotidien, tout en assurant la meilleure expérience à nos clients en boutique.

A ce titre, vos missions consistent à :

Montrer l’exemple à votre équipe en garantissant une tenue parfaite de la boutique
Développer les indicateurs commerciaux et mettre en place des plans d’action
Assurer un rôle de « coach » auprès de votre équipe en les formant au quotidien
Assurer la bonne gestion des stocks via des inventaires réguliers, le suivi de la démarque
Épauler le Responsable de Boutique dans la gestion administrative de l’équipe

Vous justifiez d’une expérience préalable en tant que Responsable Adjoint(e), dans le secteur du retail
Vous avez un état d’esprit commercial et savez mettre en place des actions concrètes pour améliorer des indicateurs de performance
Vous avez d’excellentes qualités d’organisation personnelle et savez faire preuve de réactivité et d’initiative afin de résoudre des problèmes
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
