Job Description

A senior preparer position responsible for delivering comprehensive secretarial services for low, medium and high complexity portfolios. This role handles sophisticated operational processes with minimal supervision, focusing on detailed deliverables and quality assurance. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to execute complex processes while maintaining high standards, with work reviewed by Senior Officer.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate secretarial matters of varying complexity, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices;
  • Prepare and coordinate board and general meetings, including documentation, minutes, and resolutions;
  • Draft and maintain corporate governance documentation, agreements, and statutory records;
  • Oversee compliance-related matters including UBO identification, regulatory filings, and chamber of commerce registrations;
  • Process corporate transactions including capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account management, and related administrative functions.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Degree holder and/or related Professional qualification

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
