We are the original hand car wash in the Treasure Valley! The Customer Service Associate is one the most important jobs; Assisting customers as they come in and educating them about and signing people up for our unlimited car wash plans. They are also the first opportunity the customer has to experience J’s Legendary customer service!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet each customer with an enthusiastic smile and a warm greeting!
• Educate the customer on our services that best fit their needs
• Explain and educate them on the value of our unlimited car wash plans and sign up as many customers as possible.
• Maintain a clean workspace, facility, and a professional, pleasant appearance
• Communicating and working as a team to uphold "The J's Way" standards for a one-of-a-kind car wash experience
• Being flexible and willing/able to learn and grow in every position needed across the car wash

Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; bend; lift; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Be able to handle cash and multi-task
• Be enthusiastic and energetic with a friendly demeanor
• Unquestionable integrity is expected
• Competencies must include problem solving and analysis, oral and written communication proficiency, critical evaluation, and relationship management
• Weekend work expected with Sundays guaranteed off
