Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Darwill is actively seeking a highly motivated Account Manager who wants to join an exciting, growing company. A position is currently available for a result-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with others to exceed our customers’ expectations. Knowledge of data, creative services, print, direct mail, and marketing is helpful. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing project services to new and existing clients. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing project milestones and deliverables. The Account Manager works with the Account Executive to develop and implement strategies that increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for our large business clients focused on execution and project management.
- Responsible for developing, defining, scoping, and documenting project requirements, as well as implementing the project and program services both internally and with the client.
- Manages the delivery of a wide variety of project types (Reports, Project Documents, Direct Mail, and related components, etc.) in partnership with the Lead Account Manager or Director.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables.
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with effectively, informing and engaging the Account Executive on any opportunities or issues that may arise.
- Provides cohesive, two-way communication between the customer and internal teams, focused on providing a high level of satisfaction for our clients’ outcomes and expectations.
- Consistently monitors, accurately identifies, and assesses scope changes and their impact on the production schedule and budget of a project.
- Prepares final billing by gathering information from internal functions.

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of proven Account Management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance new or existing client relationships.
- Manage projects and programs in a professional manner with close attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and works well in a team environment with some direction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines under extreme pressure.
- Well organized with strong project management skills and strategic planning abilities.
- Able to be a team player through relationships, cross-training, and being able to back up other team members as needed.
- Serves as the main contact regarding workflow, processes, capacity, and timelines.
- Standard problem-solving and follow-through skills; able to work independently, lead teams.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and strong negotiation skills.
- Technical competence (understand software, hardware, production equipment, etc.).
- Process-oriented and quality-minded.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Knowledge of postal regulations and procedures is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in bindery, pre-press, printing, lettershop, and data processing is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area preferred
- 1 to 4 years of experience or commensurate combination of education and work experience in the Print, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing, Advertising, or Business Services related industry.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
· This job requires you to sit in a cubicle or office, or on a computer (1 or more monitors) for most of the day.
· May be required to work extended/evening hours as needed.
