About The Company
Rhodes Wolfe is an executive search partner for critical hires where alignment, precision, and accountability matter most. We help companies land leaders who change outcomes and we stand behind our placements long enough for the impact to be felt.
Every search is custom-built and headhunted from scratch by a commission-free team working together on one goal: delivering the exact talent match the business requires. This is not transactional recruiting. It is intentional, high-conviction search.
And we put accountability in writing. Rhodes Wolfe is the only firm that pays clients if we do not deliver the placement.
We get talent. And if we don't, we pay you.
