About the Role

Description

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Department of Defense (DoD) environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage office functions, coordinate multiple priorities, and support a workforce of 60+ personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and continuity of services 
  • Manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment 
  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and staff 
  • Coordinate office resources, logistics, and communications across teams 
  • Maintain organization of records, schedules, and internal processes 
  • Support onboarding activities and general office management services 
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, procedures, and security requirements 


Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required 
  • Demonstrated three (3) years of experience in office management and management of multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills 
  • Proficiency with standard office tools and administrative systems 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated five (5) years of experience in office management in an environment of 60+ employees.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a DoD environment.
