Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Applications Support Analyst to provide support and system improvement for our deal management system, Our Deals, across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will be responsible for providing input on current systems improvements, assist in the testing and deployment of future application improvements, and participate in development and administration of training programs. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with software configuration and user management as required for certain applications in compliance with corporate governance and policies.
  • Develop evaluation measures, quick tips, FAQ’s, and other training resources to supplement formal training guides.
  • Collect feedback, analyse requests, and use insights and analytics to find trends and potential impacts to the users, products and/or processes. Use this information to define best practices and identify optimisations and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the business, software, and systems teams to ensure product and business objectives are met.
  • Communicate and escalate application problems and issues to key stakeholders both internal and external to the team.
  • Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar Applications Support Analyst role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • Creative and innovative; takes the initiative to solve problems and recommend improvements. 
  • Strength in and understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
