Job Description
You will be responsible entire life cycle (from requirement management, development, testing, deployment and maintenance) of products and services related to Data Projects (data integration, data quality, data enrichment, data normalization). Monitor performance of production services and support clients in events as tests, incidents, and requests.
The responsibilities will include working with:
- Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and (eventually) Deployment of Data Quality/Data enrichment projects and services.
- Operation of existing data management (data integration, data quality, data enrichment, data normalization) processes (including files data quality, client onboarding, processes monitoring and logs review).
- Monitor services performance seeking for enhancements.
- Documentation of existing Data Quality and Data enrichment applications and services
- Contribute to changes estimations.
- Participate in CAB (Change Management Board) sessions.
- Maintain testing results, acceptance signoffs and logs for audit purposes.
- Be compliant and very strict with Experian security and compliance regulation and requirements in his/her activities.
- Support and execute security related requests (static scan-veracode, risk Assessment)
- Contribute to client’s satisfaction with the services provided.
- L2 and L3 support for DQ related incidents/requests, from analysis, resolution, and deployment y production.
Teamwork
- Work closely with the other members sharing knowledge within the team.
- Work closely with other internal teams (Bureau Operations, Analytics, CAB, EITS) during solution definition and implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferably a Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 3+ years-experience in Data Management projects (involving technologies detailed in Skills section).
Required key skills (functional / technical):
- Good knowledge on industry standard technologies (Python, JAVA, Oracle, SQL Server development, IIS 7.5 or Higher, UNIX, Windows, Web services, MQ, Scripting languages).
- Experience in Test Design/execution, as well as Microsoft scripting.
- Understanding of infrastructure (servers and networking concepts).
- Experience in Incident and problem Management .
- Excellent understanding of business technology and systems.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
- Excellent knowledge of business unit products and operations.
- Proven Incident Management experience: problem solving and analytical skills.
