Position Overview: 

EIDS Cleaning & Consulting is seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Rooftop Cleaning Technicians for our Sparkling Roof Top division in Houston, TX. This role involves working at elevated heights to perform exterior cleaning services, including rooftop cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning. 

This position requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and committed to maintaining high safety and service standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform rooftop cleaning services at heights ranging from 30–50 feet 
• Operate pressure washing equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively 
• Clean exterior surfaces including rooftops, windows, and building facades 
• Use and maintain ladders, harnesses, and scissor lifts 
• Handle and apply cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines 
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times 
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members 
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site 
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and transportation of equipment 

Work Environment: 

• Outdoor work in hot, windy, and variable weather conditions 
• Work performed at elevated heights (30–50 feet) 
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs 
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment 

Required Safety Equipment (PPE): 

• Hard hat 
• Safety glasses 
• Chemical-resistant sleeves and gloves 
• Harness (when working at heights) 

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
• Strong attention to safety procedures and compliance 
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Preferred Experience: 

• Pressure washing or exterior cleaning 
• Window cleaning 
• Use of harness systems, ladders, and scissor lifts 
• Experience working with cleaning chemicals 
• Customer-facing or service-based roles 

Compensation: 

• Competitive per-project pay structure (daily rate per rooftop completed) 
• Earnings are based on completed rooftops, allowing high performers to maximize income 
• Daily pay may vary depending on project size, scope, and productivity
