Description
- Food Preparation & Station Setup Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, portioning, and assembling recipe components.
- Set up and replenish workstations with tools, supplies, and prepared ingredients.
- During busy service hours, assist with plating, garnishing, and basic cooking tasks.
- Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean, organized kitchen by following food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Wash and store tools, sanitize surfaces, and handle trash removal. Support inventory organization and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Team Collaboration & Kitchen Support Work closely with line cooks and chefs to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring inventory rotation and quality standards.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed to support efficient operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
