Sales Consultant


We are seeking goal oriented achievers for the Sales Consultant position!  Whether you are an avid car and truck lover with experience in the industry or new to automotive but have retail, sales, or hospitality experience, we want to meet YOU!

Sales Consultants earn a $2,000 monthly guarantee PLUS Commissions to start, and our top performers consistently earn over six figures annually.  


As a Sales Consultant at Banner Chevrolet in New Orleans, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle and budget. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help build lasting relationships and contribute to the dealership's success.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable Chevrolet vehicles and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, features, and inventory.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
