Description
The SKA Global Content Development Manager leads the creation, development, and strategic management of curriculum, media, and ministry content for Superkid Academy Global. This role is responsible for delivering engaging and biblically sound materials that reflect the SKA Global brand and mission, while collaborating across departments and with external creatives.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop SKA curriculum including books, music, digital tools, and multimedia resources.
- Oversee writing, editing, branding, and production of all SKA content.
- Serve as liaison between SKA Global and other departments (communications, events, social media).
- Ensure alignment of SKA messaging with KCM values and spiritual direction.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, writers, and contractors for content creation.
- Represent SKA at events, including Ministers' Conference, Training Blitz and SWBC.
- Recruit and disciple SKA Team for SWBC.
- Oversee social media content to promote SKA brand and engagement.
- Conduct focus groups and training sessions with partner churches.
- Manage SKA product development proposals and budget oversight.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on content strategy and product issues
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Theology, or related field (preferred).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in curriculum development, children's ministry, or media production.
- Strong creative writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Experience with Donor Direct CRM and WordPress (preferred).
- High level of spiritual and emotional maturity.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours during ministry events.
- High level of familiarity with SKA Global and the heart of KCM.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED
- Computer, content authoring software, standard office equipment.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and other office equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office and/or remote work environment.
OTHER:
- Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
- Must maintain a good attendance record
- Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
