Supply Chain Risk Specialist - DoD Ecosystem

Centex Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Services Specialist to support the Army’s innovation ecosystem by assessing companies, vendors, and partners seeking access to the DoD environment. In this hybrid Austin, TX role, you will conduct due diligence and supply chain risk assessments using PAI/OSINT, corporate and financial data, and network mapping tools to identify vulnerabilities that may create security, operational, or reputational risk for the Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supply chain risk and due diligence assessments on vendors, service providers, and partners seeking access to the Army/DoD ecosystem.
• Build network maps of company relationships, including investors and affiliates, using open-source and commercial data tools.
• Identify and report FOCI risks and foreign-funded activities within the relevant scope.
• Screen vendors for solvency, security posture, regulatory compliance, corporate responsibility, resiliency, intellectual property protection, billing/performance accuracy, and integrity.
• Identify unclassified, open-source documentation that can be shared with vendors for mitigation purposes.
• Develop written reports suitable for distribution across the US Government to enhance situational awareness.
• Contribute to analytic methodologies, business processes, and tool recommendations that improve the scalability and repeatability of the assessment process.
• Ensure all work complies with current Army and DoD policies and regulations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain risk management, vendor risk management, due diligence, OSINT/intelligence analysis, or a closely related field.
• Experience using PAI/OSINT platforms and corporate data tools (such as corporate registries, sanctions/PEP lists, beneficial ownership, and adverse media) and network mapping/link-analysis tools.
• Strong analytical writing skills and experience producing structured risk or due diligence reports.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.
• Ability to successfully complete any government background investigations or suitability determinations required for performance of this contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience evaluating early-stage and venture-backed companies, including investors and funding profiles.
• Prior experience supporting the Army, DoD, or other federal stakeholders in risk or intelligence work.
