As part of the Global Network Perimeter Security Team, you will design, implement, and support the perimeter security infrastructure that protects O‑I’s global manufacturing and office environments.
Your primary responsibilities will include operating and enhancing firewall, SASE/SD‑WAN, VPN, DMZ, and NAC services, strengthening secure connectivity, and contributing to vulnerability management efforts.
You will also collaborate closely with regional and global teams while providing support for core Network and Telecommunications services when required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implementing, operating, and maintaining perimeter security infrastructure supporting O‑I’s global business
• Troubleshooting perimeter security and network access issues to ensure timely resolution, protection of critical assets, and continuity of operations
• Monitoring security posture, network performance, and service availability across O‑I locations, ensuring adherence to global security policies
• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and compliant documentation of security configurations, change records, and operational procedures in accordance with Global Standards
• Leading security-focused infrastructure projects, including technology refreshes, firewall migrations, SASE rollouts, network segmentation, NAC deployment improvements, and lifecycle management initiatives
• Supporting traditional Network & Telecommunications services (LAN/WAN/WLAN) when required, contributing to a stable and secure enterprise network environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining enterprise perimeter security solutions such as firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN/SASE, DMZ services, and/or NAC
• Hands-on experience with firewall design, segmentation, remote access technologies, and secure connectivity architectures
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose complex security and network access issues independently within a global organization
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal

Hybrid Work Model: We provide a flexible work arrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office in Centro Comercial Viva, Envigado for 2 days per week, with the remaining 3 days working from home.
