Job Summary
Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and total health and wellbeing programs, compensation management and retirement programs. The role acts as the functional expert in one or more Total Rewards disciplines and manages a team of Total Rewards Specialists or Partners. The role manages and leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges.

What You Will Do

  • Acts as functional expert and leads external market research and analyses to understand Total Rewards trends and ensure our programs are market competitive and support business and talent objectives.

  • Leads complex Total Rewards related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners.

  • Lead internal team to ensure delivery of Total Rewards programs, processes, and services.

  • Manages external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics.

  • Ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data in line with company policies.

Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to work with country/regional stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative manner, keeping in cognizance the cultural nuisances

  • Seeks out what's common in conflicting points of view. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships within and outside of team. Establishes and maintains credibility with clients and peers.

Program Management: ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

  • Evaluates risks and vulnerabilities and creates contingency plans. Coaches’ others and maintains transparent and open communication   Plans, estimates, staffs, organizes and monitors a set of projects within a program.

Benefits Programs: Extensive Knowledge and hands on experience of employee benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations; ability to design and implement benefits programs.

  • Evaluates and improves benefits programs within budgetary constraints. Plans, implements and administers various employee benefits programs. Reviews benefits reports and analyses financial aspects of recommended alternatives. Resolves employee labour issues and problems regarding benefits programs. Creates educational and communications materials for new or enhanced benefits. Chooses and audits vendors of outsourced benefits programs.

Compensation Management: Hands on knowledge and experience of compensation structure, compensation analysis, regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.

  • Advises the management team on compensation issues, such as pay structure.

  • Evaluates the organization's compensation polices based on market trends and industry policies.


Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.

  • Interprets key interfaces and inter-dependencies among retirement and other benefits programs.

  • Participates in the design of retirement benefits programs. Monitors the legal and regulatory environment for all major programs.

  • Recommends the best solutions of retirement programs within a given geographical area.

  • Evaluates similarities and differences between types of retirement benefits, and the effectiveness of programs.

Top Candidate Will Also Have

  • Demonstrate expertise in regional projects, cross cultural stakeholder management, understanding of global processes and exposure to payroll management.

  • Proven team management and leadership experience, combined with knowledge of effective team-building techniques and the ability to form and lead high-performing teams.

  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools

  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
