Shoal Creek Drive-Thru Manager | Location: 8929 Shoal Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78757 |Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM| Starting Pay: $50,000 per year | FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Are you a natural leader with an eagle eye for detail and a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Drive-Thru Manager who’s ready to take charge of our frontline dream team! In this role, you'll guide our awesome tellers as they assist members with everyday transactions—whether it’s at the counter, over the phone, or through the mail.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day Drive-Thru operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional member service
  • Provide prompt, courteous support to members in person and by phone
  • Train, coach, and supervise teller staff; support performance reviews and documentation
  • Maintain open communication with branch leadership regarding scheduling, staffing, and operational needs
  • Manage vault cash and cash flow, including ordering and shipping currency within established limits
  • Ensure branch facilities, equipment, and security systems are maintained and functioning properly
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account transactions accurately
  • Assist tellers with balancing issues and ensure timely resolution of outages
  • Follow all security procedures, including alarms, cameras, and cash vault protocols
  • Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other branch leaders
  • Complete required monthly and quarterly training and reporting
  • Attend all assigned training sessions and support additional branch needs as required

Requirements

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a bank or credit union
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, member-focused approach
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
