General Beverage Sales Co. (GB) is a business-to-business wholesale distributor of wine, distilled spirits, beer, soda, bottled water and non-alcoholic beverages. Established in 1933, GB has been family-owned ever since. We currently operate in all of Wisconsin’s 72 counties as consultants to over 11,000 licensed retail business customers helping them to profitably select, promote, merchandise, and sell consumer products in the beverage category. We proudly employ 900 employees across the State of Wisconsin. General Beer Northeast, a leading beer distributor is seeking a professional Inside Sales Associate.

This position requires professional selling, and servicing of all assigned “tell-sell” accounts. This position is also responsible for all inbound and outbound phone calls regarding “tell-sell” accounts at General Beer. Know and understand the importance of fresh beer and rotation of all General Beer products. In addition, this individual will go to tell-sell account locations when needed. The position is Monday Friday from 9am-5:30pm at the GBNE location in Kaukauna, WI.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  

· Complete all sales orders properly and accurately.  

· Ask for accounts to provide an accurate inventory of products.  

· Communicate the importance of rotating all products to ensure freshness.  

· Discuss pricing and note competitive pricing and activities.  

· Complete all internal control records, forms, and reports properly and accurately.  

· Build rapport with customer base.  

· Follow up on all customer complaints to ensure that the problem is resolved.  

· Accounts receivable collections. 

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
