We are currently hiring a Repossession Agent for our Cleveland market. This is a night shift position that requires long hours, independence, and a high level of responsibility. No prior repossession experience? That’s okay. We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up.
However—this is not a job for everyone.
Repossession is serious work. It requires the right mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm, professional, and focused in high-pressure situations.
What This Job Is (And Isn't)
This job is:
- Independent, fast-paced, and detail-driven
- Conducted primarily at night
- Focused on locating and recovering vehicles

This job is NOT:

Schedule & Work Environment
- Night shift (typically evenings into early morning)
- 12-hour shifts are standard
- Weekend availability is required
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
