About the Cafe Team Member Position
Bean Sprouts is on the lookout for go-getters with food service or retail experience, amazing attitudes, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience. This location is open March through October and offers flexible scheduling with both weekday and weekend shifts available.

Cafe Team Member Responsibilities

Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience
Prepare food and beverages
Maintain a clean and sanitized space
Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned

Requirements

Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
Food service experience is a plus!
Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one.
Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
