Your Mission:

  • Design & Establish: Pioneer and implement a comprehensive investment controlling framework (reporting, KPIs, valuation, liquidity) for our ventures.
  • Strategic Impact: Act as a trusted advisor, providing decision-oriented insights to management and investment committees. Your ability to stand firm and convey complex financial stories will be key.
  • Innovation Driver: Conceptualize and build a state-of-the-art reporting landscape tailored for a corporate venture builder.
  • Digitalize & Optimize: Leverage digital tools to streamline processes and enhance transparency.
  • Influence & Navigate: Engage confidently with diverse stakeholders, mastering challenging discussions to ensure financial clarity.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven Experience: Track record in investment controlling within VC, PE, or corporate venturing.
  • Strategic Storyteller: Ability to transform complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
  • Change-Oriented Architect: Eagerness to design and implement new structures and proactively navigate dynamic environments.
  • Strong Standing: Confident communicator with the gravitas to assert your perspective and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Conceptual Thinker: Master’s/MBA in Finance, Business, or related, with a strong affinity for data-driven process optimization.
  • Language: Business fluency in English is essential.
