About the Role

Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Highland, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly in phone interactions
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
  • Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions
  • Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems
  • Food service experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
