Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Ocala, Florida. This is a high-priority opportunity within a progressive, financially stable hospital system for respiratory therapists seeking strong compensation, acute care exposure, and a supportive clinical environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs respiratory care procedures across a wide range of patient populations. This role includes administering routine and advanced respiratory therapy, ventilator management, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with the broader care team.

SCHEDULE
• Days or nights available with rotating weekends
• 12-hour shifts

COMPENSATION
• Hourly rate $24.00 to $36.95 based on experience
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Night differential $4.00/hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform respiratory care related duties across assigned patient populations
• Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures
• Operate acute care ventilators for short and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Maintain department and hospital documentation accurately
• Work independently and collaboratively within the care team
• Support patient safety and quality outcomes through timely respiratory interventions

Requirements

• Completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program required
• Associate Degree required
• Florida license preferred or willingness to obtain required
• 1+ year of recent acute care RRT experience strongly preferred
• CRT experience considered
• New graduates accepted
• Ability to work days or nights with rotating weekends
• Strong respiratory care knowledge, documentation skills, and team collaboration required
