Barista (Part-Time)


Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Barista, where your passion for coffee and customer service will help create a welcoming environment for our guests. We are seeking motivated individuals who can work independently, handle high-volume periods, and deliver exceptional service with a friendly attitude. This role offers flexibility for both morning and evening shifts, making it ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage orders efficiently and accurately

- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service

- Manage high-volume periods with composure and efficiency

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment

- Follow health and safety standards and company policies

- Handle cash register operations and transactions accurately

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus

- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
