Construction Leaders – Multi-Trade (Field Superintendents)

Description

Kalos Services is seeking experienced Construction Leaders - Multi-Trade (Field Superintendents) with strong, hands-on background across multiple trades to lead and develop high-performing field teams. This is not a desk-based superintendent role. This is a field-first leadership position for individuals who have spent years in construction, understand how the work gets done, and can step in to guide teams, solve problems, and drive results in real time. Ideally overseeing 1–2 crews at a time, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard—while also mentoring and developing the next generation of trades professionals. We’re looking for well-rounded builders with broad experience across construction who can lead with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 1–2 field crews across active construction projects 
• Provide hands-on guidance to ensure quality, safety, and productivity 
• Troubleshoot job site challenges and keep projects moving forward 
• Coach, mentor, and develop apprentices and junior team members 
• Coordinate across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, etc.) to ensure smooth execution 
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and job site organization 
• Partner with project managers and leadership to align field execution with project goals 

Compensation:

$36 - $43 / hour

Schedule:

Schedule varies based on workload and project demands that will include night and weekend work. The ability to work overnights and travel throughout the state of Florida is a requirement. Kalos pays for travel related expenses; including per diem. 

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience across multiple construction trades 
• Proven ability to lead teams in the field (foreman, lead, or superintendent-level experience) 
• Comfortable stepping in and working alongside crews when needed 
• Ability to manage smaller teams with a high level of accountability and ownership 
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on active job sites 
• A “builder’s mindset” — someone who takes pride in doing the work the right way
