We are licensed in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming. In addition Advanced Heating has expanded into Mechanical Management and Mechanical Design Build. We employ Estimators, Project Managers, Sales Managers, Project Coordinators and Superintendents. Residential and Commercial Installers, Commercial Foreman, Service Technicians, Fireplace Service Technicians, Control Specialists, Test and Balance Technicians, Sheet Metal Fabricators, Gas pipe installers, and Retrofit/Replacement Specialists.

Commercial Sales Representative – HVAC/R

Logan, UT | Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $105K+


Advanced Heating & Air is looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Cache and Weber County Markets


This is an opportunity for someone hungry — recent college grads, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to bet on themselves and build a six-figure career.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect daily — phone, email, in-person visits
  • Set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
  • Climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems
  • Sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations
  • Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

This is a hunter role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) or proven success in commission-based sales
  • Comfortable working around equipment, and climbing ladders/rooftops
  • Based in or willing to travel to Cache Valley
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
