CHILL is growing! To support our expanding refrigerated logistics operations, we’re on the hunt for two Casual Warehouse Operator legends to join the team. We want reliable all-rounders who take pride in delivering top-tier service.

This isn’t a "sit-still" kind of job. It’s a dynamic role designed for someone who loves staying active. Your day will be centered on high-accuracy manual order fulfilment, ensuring every pick is perfect and ready for dispatch.

While you’ll be hands-on with manual packing, you’ll also put your forklift skills to work—supporting the warehouse by loading/unloading trucks and mastering stock replenishment in our high-reach racking.

The CHILL Perks ❄️

• Fortnightly Pay & Consistent Hours: 40 hours per week | Mon – Fri | 8 hour shifts mainly between 9:30 am – 8:00 pm however, availability from 6am is ideal. (Must be flexible for occasional weekend work)
• Casual Award Rate: $34.45/ph (DAY) - $38.45/ph (PM)
• Weekend Rates: Applicable penalty rates as per the Storage Services and Wholesale Award
• Short Commute: Skip the long drive! We are specifically looking for locals within 20–30km of Dandenong South to join our supportive team.
• Supportive Culture: Work with a team that values reliability, safety, and a good sense of humour.

Contract Type: CASUAL EMPLOYMENT TO START with a view to going permanent

*hours may change in future dependent on business needs but still will be FT hours

• Energy & Fitness: You thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment. You’re comfortable with the manual side of warehouse work and are more than happy to handle items up to 20kg to get the job done. 💪
• Forklift Expertise: A valid Forklift License is your ticket in the door. If you’ve got High Reach experience and can navigate stock put-away with precision, we definitely want to talk to you!
• Reliable Work Ethic: You’re the person everyone can count on. You show up on time, keep safety front of mind, and genuinely enjoy being part of a high-performing team. 🤝
• Proven Track Record: You have 2+ years of warehouse experience under your belt. To join the CHILL crew, you’ll also be able to successfully pass a National Police Check and a Pre-Employment Medical.
