Role Overview:
A Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve targets and drive business growth. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
