Green Earth Group is a publicly listed carbon project developer, building real-world environmental assets across global markets. Over the past four years, we have (quietly) developed and refined a suite of digital platforms with sustainability services, initially as supporting infrastructure to our core business.
What started as secondary… is now accelerating rapidly. So we are now looking for an official captain of the ship.
This is not a conventional CTO position.
You may call it CTO, COO or Platform Leader.
The title is flexible.
The mandate is not.
You take full ownership of the platform and everything around it.
You will:
- Lead and drive the entire platform ecosystem (carbon footprint tool, biodiversity credit platform, and feasibility study AI satellite analyses and related products)
- Combine technology, product, and operations into one execution engine
- Scale the platforms from validated traction to an independent business
- Bring speed, structure, and clarity across all teams
- Ensure the platform becomes a standalone growth driver within the group
You are here to build out and scale.
Team & Resources:You directly lead:
- 5 Backend Developers
- 1 Frontend Developer
- 1 Product Owner
- 1 UI/UX Designer
You work alongside:
- Marketing & Design Team (10 professionals)
- Sales Team (4 professionals)
- Finance Team (5 professionals supporting all backend financial operations)
The structure is built to allow you to focus on development, adding new features, execution, product, and scaling, while finance and support functions are fully handled.
Everything is in place.
What’s missing is clear leadership to scale, decisive execution, and strong management of the teams to build out this opportunity further.
Key Responsibilities:- Full Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for platform performance, growth, and execution
- Scaling: Turn a validated product into a scalable, standalone business
- Execution: Set priorities, remove friction, and deliver results
- Integration: Align product, engineering, marketing, and sales into one operating rhythm
- Leadership: Drive accountability, speed, and output across all teams
- Growth: Ensure the platform evolves in line with market demand and opportunity
- Experience as a CTO, COO, technical founder, or senior operator
- Proven ability to scale products with real users and revenue
- Strong technical foundation combined with operational leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership and move fast
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and responsibility
- Experience in climate tech, marketplaces, fintech, or data platforms is a plus.
