This is an exciting position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of all-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in 2026.

Park Royal is a beloved vacation name in Mexico, and this role presents an opportunity to build on that success while evolving the brand to carve out a unique position in a popular all-inclusive market.
Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion.
Job Description
- Proven experience in leisure sales within the luxury hospitality segment (5-star, ultra-luxury, or premium lifestyle brands).
- Established network within luxury consortia such as Virtuoso, American Express FHR, Signature, and Traveller Made.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury distribution channels and high-end traveler expectations.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations within 5-star and ultra-luxury environments.
- Strong command of global distribution and consortia channels, including GDS, CRS, and luxury networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Amex FHR).
- Advanced knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies, including forecasting, segmentation, and ADR optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury leisure sales cycles, including FIT, wholesale, and tailor-made segments.
- Solid financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, ROI evaluation, and performance tracking.
