About the Role
About the Role:

We are building a kids learning platform (ages 2–6) focused on safe content and real learning outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Content with a core focus on driving execution and growth.

You will own the end-to-end execution of experiments across the user funnel, ensuring ideas are quickly translated into live initiatives and measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role focused on speed, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment.

Your Role:
  • Own end-to-end execution across product, content, and marketing (idea → launch → analysis)
  • Drive and prioritize experiments across onboarding, discovery, pricing, and retention
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities and translate them into actionable experiments
  • Work closely with product, content, and performance teams to ensure fast, high-quality execution
  • Track key metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on data
  • Improve content discovery and alignment within product journeys to drive engagement and retention
  • Build and manage a structured experimentation pipeline and execution cadence
  • 4–6 years of experience in EdTech (mandatory) with exposure to consumer apps or learning platforms
  • Strong understanding of user, product and marketing
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end execution in cross-functional environments
