About the Role

Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including:

System installation and configuration
Module customization
Data migration and third-party integrations

Provide functional and technical expertise across Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, and more.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with technical developers to design and develop custom modules and advanced feature requirements.
Train client users on Odoo functionality, processes, and best practices.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
Document business processes, workflows, configurations, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with internal project management frameworks and industry standards.

Deep knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional and technical).
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Adaptability to new business environments and industries.
Technical understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations (preferred).
Strong presentation and training skills.
