• Efficiently handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication within the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry developments to provide informed advice.

• Fluent in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
